Hello

Fundamental Therapy Group is a fully virtual practice providing therapy to teenagers 13+ and adults throughout Georgia. Our mission is to provide thoughtful, high-quality mental health care while creating an experience that feels supportive, respectful, and personal from beginning to end. We believe strong care begins with the fundamentals: listening well, building trust, acting with integrity, continuing to learn, and treating every person with dignity.

Therapy should be a collaborative process, not a place where someone is simply told what to do. Our clinicians are here to help clients better understand themselves, develop practical tools, work through challenges, and move toward goals that are meaningful to them. We value guidance over pressure, partnership over dependence, and progress that helps people feel more confident navigating their own lives.

We also believe quality care depends on the people providing it. Fundamental is being built as a place where clinicians are respected as professionals, encouraged to collaborate, stay connected to research, exchange ideas, and help improve the way we serve our clients. We want to create an environment where both clients and clinicians feel valued and where growth never comes at the expense of quality.

Our goal is not simply to provide more therapy. It is to provide better care, celebrate meaningful progress, and continue improving as the needs of the people we serve evolve. Whether therapy supports someone through a difficult season or becomes part of an ongoing commitment to mental and emotional wellness, we want every experience with Fundamental Therapy Group to reflect the same standard: exceptional quality at every point.
